Brief:  To design a new office building to a tightly controlled budget with good natural light for a prestigious business tenant.

Solution:  Architectural reference was made in the designs to traditional Bermuda solid masonry exterior elements contrasted strongly by modern transparent overlapping glass curtain walls.  Working closely with the contractor, designs were developed to within 4% of the original budget to a determined schedule to a good standard of design and construction. The end result is a crisp, modern building with excellent natural light and superb views.
